If you are a (potential) customer, we will use your data to send you a quote, to determine what specifications or requirements a particular product or service should meet, to deliver goods or conduct business on your behalf, to provide invoices, and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the contract.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal information is also necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. When purchasing, this is necessary to inform you what specifications or requirements a particular product or service should meet, to send you a quote request or place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. If you provide us with no or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we will be unable to carry out the activities mentioned above.

Transfer to Third Parties

In connection with the execution of a potential contract with you, we may need to transfer your personal data to parties who supply us with parts, materials and products or who perform work in accordance with our instructions. We also use server space for the storage of our sales and purchasing administration (parts of which constitute your personal data). We also use Microsoft Office and related storage options for emails and other files. Because we use a newsletter sending service, your personal data will eventually be transferred to the provider of that service.

Marketing

If you have given us permission, we will store and use the personal data you have provided to inform you personally via email about our current and new products and services and offer you deals. We use Mailchimp. Every time we send you an advertising email, you will have the opportunity to let us know if you wish to unsubscribe. Please refer to the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

Personal Data Retention Period

If you have requested a quote from us but are not yet our customer, we will delete your data no later than seven years after our last communication. Even if we have received a price quote from you but you are not our customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than seven years after our last contact. If you are our customer or we are on your side, we will retain your personal data for seven years from the end of the fiscal year in which the contract with you is fully concluded. The seven-year period corresponds to the period during which we are obliged to hold your data on behalf of the Dutch Tax Authorities. At the end of this period, we will delete your personal data.

Your Rights

You have the right to request that we view your personal data. If you have a reason to do so, you can also request that we complete your personal information or correct any inaccuracies. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or the restriction of the use of your personal data. You can also object to the collection and use of your data.
